Bicycling
Bring the following items for the ride and check these items the night before
- Bike Helmet – please!!!
- Two (2) tubes and flat tire kit
- Band aid
- Cell phone
- Energy bars and energy drinks (2 water bottles)
- Money for more food/drinks, BART
- Bike jersey or fabric that wicks the sweat out – no cotton shirts! Dress in layers.
- Skinny road tires; not fat mountain biking tires
- ID, medical card
- Ibuprofen or Aspirin, Claritin, inhalers, Tums
Please check your tires for glass; and pump your tires between 110 to 120 psi before you leave. You need to check the maximum amount of pressure for your tire. Check your brakes!
